From temporary to permanent role

You start with us on a permanent contract and begin working straight away with a single client within Finance, Risk, Data or IT. In the initial phase, you follow a development programme aligned with your seniority and exchange insights with professionals in similar roles. The intention is to move into a permanent position with the client afterwards.

What we ask

These are the minimum requirements to start working as a seconded employee via Solid at companies such as ING, KPN or Eneco. Together with one of our recruiters you will discuss which assignment best suits your personality, experience and skills.
