The program combines recruiting, onboarding, coaching and development into one track. A performance manager steers for growth and results throughout the year, while a team training program ensures that someone really fits in with the team and everyone speaks the same language. Each program is customised: the content matches the role, experience and development needs of the professional. This way, someone grows faster, integrates better and you see clearly where the potential is.
What are the costs?
We work with a transparent fee model that moves with experience and added value. The rate is made up of employment conditions, a fixed employer expense factor and a risk margin for guidance, performance coaching and development.
So you pay for a professional who is coached, developed and managed for results - and for the certainty that someone is a lasting member of your team.
How much time does it take you as a manager?
The program actually saves time. We take over coaching, development and progress meetings. You only need to briefly tune in to results and expectations. As a result, you spend less time on induction and coaching, while the professional is up and running faster.
