Your development comes first

Do you want to be stronger in your job? Then you are looking for more than just a new job. You want direction and development that matches your experience and ambitions. Together with a performance manager you will work on your professional and personal growth. The program is for starters, mediors and seniors.

What is the impact programme?

The impact program is your personal development path that you get when you start through us on a contract-to-permanent basis.

It is not a one size fits all. We tailor the programme to your experience, role and the environment in which you work. On average, you will attend three training courses per year, tailored to your goals and ambitions.

Your development is an integral part of your work. Therefore, you will receive pre-agreed hours to invest in your expertise and professional development.

The three phases

Phase 1

The start

You start with the organisation and learn about its content, systems and culture. What is expected of you, what are you working towards? Based on this, we set concrete goals, aimed at eventual employment.

Phase 2

Develop and deepen

You actively work on your goals and expand your role within the team. With targeted training and guidance, we strengthen your professional knowledge and skills. We discuss your progress and adjust where necessary so that you continue to make visible progress.

Phase 3

To permanent employment

You complete your training and any certificates and strengthen your position within the organisation. This is how you increase your impact and take the next step in your career within Finance, Risk, Data and IT.

Development for every stage of your career

Start your career

If you are at the beginning of your career, you are purposefully building a solid foundation. You work on self-insight, communication and cooperation. You can do this, for example, with training courses such as MBTI and Storytelling.

MBTI is an instrument that provides insight into your natural preferences in communication, decision-making and cooperation. In this way you get clear where your strengths lie and how you work best together. You learn how to play your role with confidence. This way you add visible value within your team right from the start.

Several years of experience

If you have several years of experience, the focus shifts to influence, direction and dealing with expectations. Your role becomes broader and requires more ownership.

You might delve into themes such as AI or team dynamics, or strengthen your personal effectiveness.

Think of trainings such as MBTI, in which you learn to use your style more consciously and break through tensions in teams. Or storytelling, in which you learn how to create support and tailor your message to different stakeholders. This increases your visibility and impact.

Experienced professional

If you are experienced, the focus shifts to leadership, stakeholder management and strategic action. You work on how to give direction, make decisions and bring others along in change.

Training courses that fit this stage include, for example, Schapenhoeden and Maestro.

In these experiential trainings, leadership becomes immediately tangible. In short, intensive exercises you see what behavior you automatically apply and what that does to a group.

During Maestro, under the guidance of a conductor, you literally step into the role of leader and experience how attitude, attention and intention set a team in motion.

This will strengthen how you give direction, build trust and bring others along with you.

Your performance manager

Throughout the programme you will have your own performance manager.

With this coach you will spar one-on-one about your ambitions, your role and the issues you encounter in your work. Together you determine where you want to deepen your expertise and what steps are appropriate.

Your performance manager will also coordinate with your team manager at the client. In this way, your development is not an isolated appointment, but part of your work. There is commitment, space and clear direction.

Your performance manager matches your level. As super senior, you get a super senior performance manager. If you are just starting out, you will get someone who matches your stage of life.
