Software Developer
Do you want to work as a software developer on business critical applications within large corporates where technology directly supports scalability and continuity? Through Solid Professionals, you will work on a substantive assignment at organisations such as ABN AMRO, KPN and Eneco. You build software that is used daily and has a direct impact on digital services, process automation and platform development.
This is what you will do
As a software developer, you design, develop and maintain applications in complex environments. You write high quality, maintainable code and actively contribute to discussions on architecture, performance and security. Depending on your experience, you take ownership of parts of the application or platform and are responsible for technical decisions. As a senior, you act as a content sparring partner for other developers and stakeholders and contribute to improving development standards and ways of working. The exact scope differs per assignment, but the core remains the same: building reliable and future proof software.
What we ask
What we are looking for
- a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable field
- a minimum of 3 years of experience as a software developer or in a similar role
- experience with modern programming languages and frameworks
- experience developing scalable applications and APIs
- experience with version control, testing and CI/CD
- knowledge of cloud environments and DevOps principles is a plus
- experience working in agile and DevOps environments
- you live in the Netherlands and are available full time
