Data Scientist GenAI
As a GenAI Data Scientist, you will develop and implement AI solutions that help organizations improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and risk management. You will work in complex corporate environments where business, data, and technology come together to solve challenging problems within the financial sector. In this role, the focus is on creating Generative AI solutions that deliver measurable business value within highly regulated environments.
This is what you will do
As a GenAI Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Generative AI solutions that support complex business processes. You will translate business challenges into practical AI applications and contribute throughout the entire lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and preparing data to building, testing, and deploying solutions into production.
You will work extensively with unstructured data and Large Language Models (LLMs). This involves evaluating different models, architectures, and implementation approaches to determine the most suitable solution for a given use case. Topics such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Natural Language Processing (NLP), agentic workflows, and AI evaluation frameworks will be central to your work.
Within multidisciplinary teams, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data professionals, and IT specialists. Depending on your experience level, you may focus on developing specific AI solutions or take a leading role in shaping architecture decisions, best practices, and the broader AI roadmap. The emphasis is on building solutions that move beyond experimentation and deliver real impact in production environments.
What we ask
- A completed Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Data Scientist
- Strong experience with Python and the development of machine learning and AI solutions
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and GenAI use cases
- Knowledge of frameworks and concepts such as RAG, NLP, LangChain, DSPy, agents, or similar technologies
- Experience working with and transforming unstructured data
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
- Knowledge of Git, data engineering concepts, and IT architecture
- Experience working in Agile environments and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience within financial services, FEC, KYC, CDD, or AML
- Strong English communication skills
