Consultant Portfolio & Strategy

You will join the Strategy & Transformation team within the Finance COO organisation, which plays a key role in driving the bank's transformation towards one global digital bank. Working closely with senior consultants, management teams, and international stakeholders, you will support the management and governance of the change portfolio.

Your focus will be on ensuring that decisions are based on accurate, complete, and timely information while helping the organisation monitor progress across a broad transformation agenda.

Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and improving portfolio reporting and management information;
• Monitoring progress, milestones, and planning across change initiatives;
• Identifying deviations, risks, and inconsistencies in portfolio data;
• Supporting management meetings and stakeholder communications;
• Coordinating portfolio activities with international teams;
• Challenging data, assumptions, and priorities when things do not add up;
• Contributing to continuous improvements within the Strategy & Transformation team.

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree;
• Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience in consulting, change management, PMO, business analysis, or portfolio management;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder management;
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently;
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience within the financial services industry;
• Exposure to change or transformation programmes;
• Knowledge of portfolio governance;
• Experience working in agile environments;
• Familiarity with tribe- or squad-based organisations;
• Experience in an international corporate environment.
