Traineeship IT at ABN AMRO
Do you want to get started at ABN AMRO and develop into an IT specialist? Our traineeship is your entry point to start there. We will guide you through your application, support your personal and professional growth and ensure that you can make an immediate impact in the workplace. The program
From day one of your traineeship you will start working at ABN AMRO. We'll give you a personal talent manager with whom you'll draw up a performance plan and take monthly measurements to check in on how you're doing. On the shop floor you will be supervised by your manager or buddy from ABN AMRO.
You will also follow a training program with a fixed group of young professionals. Together you will work on soft skills, personal development and job satisfaction. You will share experiences and after these meetings there is always time for a game of pool, table soccer and a drink.
As a trainee, you will receive a personal training budget for the development of hard skills. Together with your manager we look at the knowledge and (technical) skills you need to perform your job as well as possible.
