The program
From day one you will start working at ABN AMRO, where you will be supervised on the work floor by your manager or buddy. You will also receive a personal performance manager from Solid Professionals. Together you will draw up a performance plan, regularly discuss your progress and receive practical tips to accelerate your development.
Besides your work, you will follow a training program with a fixed group of young professionals, in which you work on soft skills and personal development. You will receive training such as Personal Leadership and MBTI, with some sessions being experiential and others focusing on sharing insights and practical tools to enhance your growth.
To further develop your professional knowledge and skills, you will receive a personal training budget for hard skills. Together with your manager, we look at what knowledge and (technical) skills you need to perform your job optimally.
