Traineeship Finance & Risk ABN AMRO
Do you want to work at ABN AMRO and develop into a specialist in finance or risk? Our traineeship is your entry point to start there. We guide you through your application, support your personal and professional growth and ensure that you can make an immediate impact in the workplace. Within two years you'll be ready to join ABN AMRO. Sounds good? Read on!

The program
From day one you will start working at ABN AMRO, where you will be supervised on the work floor by your manager or buddy. You will also receive a personal talent manager from Solid Professionals. Together you will draw up a performance plan, regularly discuss your progress and receive practical tips to accelerate your development.
Besides your work, you will follow a training program with a fixed group of young professionals, in which you work on soft skills and personal development. You will receive training such as Personal Leadership and MBTI, with some sessions being experiential and others focusing on sharing insights and practical tools to enhance your growth.
To further develop your professional knowledge and skills, you will receive a personal training budget for hard skills. Together with your manager, we look at what knowledge and (technical) skills you need to perform your job optimally.
