What is contract-to-permanent?
With contract-to-permanent, you can hire the professional after the deployment period at no cost. This model combines the flexibility of secondment with a sustainable solution for your team.

How soon can you introduce candidates?
It depends on the profile, but we move immediately once your question is clear. You have a fixed point of contact and we keep the lines short, so we can make adjustments quickly. We only present candidates who are a good fit, which saves you time and work.
What happens if the match turns out not to be a good one after all?
We stay involved throughout the assignment. Our talent managers have regular contact with you and the professional to discuss how things are going. If something is chafing, we quickly identify it and look together at what is needed to improve it. If it doesn't work despite that effort, we look for an appropriate solution. This is how we keep a grip on the collaboration and ensure that the result is right.
Do you work with entry-level, mediors or senior specialists?
At contract-to-permanent we work mainly with starters and mediors. Professionals with a strong basis, a fresh outlook and the ambition to grow within your organisation. They start with us, receive training and guidance, and grow step by step towards a permanent position in your team.
Can we hire the professional ourselves after the assignment ends?
Yes, it is possible to convert contract-to-permanent to a permanent construction. Usually after a period of two years you can take over the candidate free of charge. This gives you the time to get to know each other well and you can be sure that the match is right - without additional costs afterwards.
