This is what you will do
- Collect, clean, and model data in a regulated environment
- Develop machine learning models that are both powerful and explainable
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and data stewards to ensure data quality and governance
- Translate business questions into analyses and solutions with direct value
- Clearly present results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to innovation and knowledge sharing within your team
What we ask
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a data scientist or in a similar role in a corporate company
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, or LightGBM
- A university degree in data science, econometrics, artificial intelligence, or another quantitative field
- Living in the Netherlands and available full-time
- Ability to explain complex analyses in a clear and accessible way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Curiosity and a results-driven mindset: you are eager to keep developing yourself and to share insights with others
