How does it work ?

Do you have a friend, former study buddy or LinkedIn buddy in mind who is a perfect fit for a job on our site? Scroll down and share your connection using the form below.

Please note: Your referral must live in the Netherlands, be someone you know personally, and you have already told him or her a little bit about Solid Professionals before we contact you. Our recruiter will check if your referral really counts or not.

Within six months from your start date you have to take up the referral bonus.

The game plan.

1️⃣ Our recruitment team checks the profile of your referral, together with your personal motivation. If we don't know this person yet and the profile matches one of our vacancies (now or later), you immediately score 100 points. 🙌

2️⃣ If your referral is invited for a first job interview, BAM! Extra 150 points for you. 💥

3️⃣ Is the job interview a success and your referral moves on to the next stage? Do they get an offer and there is verbal agreement? Then you get an additional 250 points! 🚀

4️⃣ Did your referral kill the probationary period? Then you score an additional 500 points! In total, you will have earned 1000 points, which equals €1,000* in value. 💰
