Our young professionals are ready to get to work in all parts of the country. Although the majority of our clients are in the Randstad area, we deploy our young professionals to locations throughout the Netherlands.
What positions can we hire a young professional for?
Our young professionals are trained to work as juniors in positions including: IT engineer, quantitative risk analyst, model developer, finance process analyst, controller, portfolio manager, functional specialist CISO, data engineer, business developer, IT realization officer, risk manager and actuary. How long is the period from application to the start of the young professional?
After your contact request, we'll schedule a meeting to discuss your needs and challenges. Once we have a clear picture of who you're looking for for your team, we'll dive into our talent pool to find the perfect match that fits your needs. In most cases, you will receive a shortlist of suitable candidates within days, sometimes even within hours.
After discussing the profiles together, we schedule the interviews. Is it a match? Then we perform a general screening on the candidate's background and organize an introduction with one of our talent managers. Together we set up a development plan for the next two years, so that the young professional can strengthen your team from day one!
What is a detavast construction?
With our secondment construction, you can hire the young professional at no cost after the deployment period. This model combines the flexibility of secondment with a sustainable solution for your team. Because the focus of the traineeship is on the acquisition of the candidate, you invest in a long-term strategy for your department right from the start.
