This is what you will do

As a junior BPM engineer, you’ll work with one of our clients, such as ABN AMRO, Rabobank or a.s.r., focusing on the automation and optimisation of business processes. You’ll work in agile and scrum teams, acting as the link between business and IT: you analyse processes, translate them into digital solutions and develop BPM applications that help organisations work more efficiently. What you’ll be doing depends on your role and the organisation you’ll be working for – here are some examples of what you might work on:

  • Automating business processes: You’ll build and maintain BPM applications that improve performance, ensure compliance and streamline operations.
  • Analysing and modelling: You’ll map complex processes and translate them into clear data models. You’ll work closely with both business and IT to develop the right solution.
  • Working on hyperautomation: You’ll explore the latest technologies such as low-code, RPA and AI to make business processes smarter, faster and future-ready.
