Interim Data Analyst
As a data analyst on an interim basis, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a challenging project. You’ll apply your analytical skills and technical expertise to structure and analyse complex datasets. Your goal is to uncover trends, patterns and valuable insights that are essential for supporting data-driven business decisions.
This is what you will do
You’ll be working on a temporary assignment at one of our partners, such as de Volksbank, ABN AMRO, ING or a.s.r. Depending on the project, your placement will last from 3 months up to a maximum of 2 years.
You’ll be responsible for collecting, organising and analysing data to uncover key business insights. You’ll create clear reports and visualisations that make complex information accessible to all stakeholders.
You’ll also apply predictive analytics to identify future trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. Maintaining data quality and integrity will be a vital part of your role, ensuring that all information is accurate, reliable and secure.
What we ask
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial sector
- A proactive and independent mindset
- A completed university degree in a relevant field, such as Mathematics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or a related discipline
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python and R. Solid knowledge of database structures and data visualisation is essential
- Understanding of processes and practices within the banking or insurance sector
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- A critical and solution-oriented approach
