We’ll guide you through your application, support your personal and professional growth, and ensure you can make an immediate impact in the workplace. The programme
From day one you’ll start working at ABN AMRO, where you’ll be guided on the job by your manager or buddy. In addition, you’ll have a personal talent manager from Solid Professionals. Together you’ll create a performance plan, regularly discuss your progress and receive practical tips to accelerate your development.
Alongside your work, you’ll take part in a training programme with a fixed group of young professionals, focusing on soft skills and personal development. You’ll receive training sessions such as Personal Leadership and MBTI, with some workshops being experience-based and others centred on sharing insights and practical tools to support your growth.
To further develop your professional knowledge and skills, you’ll receive a personal training budget for hard skills. Together with your manager, we’ll determine which knowledge and (technical) skills you need to perform your role optimally.

- (Nearly) a master’s degree in a finance-related field, IT, or risk.
- You have strong communication skills, collaborate well, and aren’t afraid to take the lead.
- Strong analytical skills.
- You work accurately and in a structured manner.
